2026 CONFERENCE CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that prevent you from attending. Please review the following cancellation terms:

Cancellations received by July 20, 2026: A full refund will be issued, minus a $50 administrative fee per registration.

Cancellations received after July 27, 2026, but before August 3, 2026: A 50% refund per registration will be issued.

Cancellations received after August 3, 2026: Unfortunately, no refunds will be issued.

Substitution Policy: If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another person. Substitutions must be requested in writing at least 5 days prior to the conference.

Cancellation Requests: All cancellation and substitution requests must be made in writing and sent to iaohra@iaohra.org.

Force Majeure: In the event that the conference is canceled due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics), registrants will be notified, and options for refunds or credits will be provided.
