Investigations: Respondent Response Deadlines and Consequences

I am with the Missouri Commission on Human Rights. I was wondering if there is a provision in your agency's statute/ordinance or a regulation/rule: 1) requiring a respondent response or position statement in the investigation stage (not the hearing stage) within a certain time; or 2) imposing consequences for a respondent that does not submit a response. If so, I am interested to know what those are. Any links or citations would be much appreciated as well. Thank you for any input.

Housing status as a protection

Hello all. We are in the process of adding housing status as a housing protection in Pittsburgh, PA. This began as homelessness protection, but we would like to explore other statuses as well (i.e., student housing, shelters, and medical facilities). We are seeking information from other jurisdictions with a similar protected status. What works, what doesn't, what legal challenges did you face, etc. Thanks in advance!
